It authority is limited to adjudicating disorderly persons offenses, municipal ordinance violations and traffic offenses. For the ten (10) month period ending July 2015, there were 462 indictable offenses, 725 disorderly persons offenses, 133 DWI, and 7,735 moving traffic summonses filed in Stafford NJ.
