Traffic Violation in Ocean Township New Jersey

As previously stated, the Garden State Parkway traverses Ocean Township New Jersey for about five (5) miles in the area of Exit 77. In addition, the Bass River Trooper Barracks are not far from this area. The combination of these two facts translate into a significant volume of motor vehicle violations issued by state police officers that are heard in the municipal court. The Ocean Township Police Department is also vigilant in enforcing the traffic laws and issues quite a number of violations as well. Between the two law enforcement agencies, almost four thousand moving traffic violations for reckless driving, driving while suspended, operating without insurance, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle and other summonses were written in just a 10 month period. In most of the Ocean/Waretown traffic cases handled by our firm, our clients avoided points, significant fines and the loss of their driving privileges.
