The Court Administrator, Debbie Wright, Deputy Court Administrator, Steven Millette, and rest of the office staff are available Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The Honorable Philip M. Miller, JMC, presides over all court proceedings which are held on the first Tuesday of the month at 3:00 p.m. and third Tuesday of the month at both 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. The municipal prosecutor who handles all matters on behalf of the state is Steven Zabarsky.
