Lou was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1993, after graduating from the University of Miami School of Law. He was thereafter hired as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office where he was employed for over a decade.
During his tenure as a prosecutor, Lou handled a wide variety of cases and jury trials at the Superior Court in Toms River including, but not limited to, sex crimes, gun and weapons cases, drug charges, domestic violence, robbery, eluding, aggravated assault, and virtually any other category of crime.
Lou joined the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall in 2021 after managing his own criminal defense practice in Ocean County.
