Zabarsky, Esq., or another representative of Citta, Holzapfel & Zabarsky. Cases are heard on the 2nd & 3rd Thursday of the month at 9:00 a.m., with the Honorable Damian G. Murray presiding. Judge Murray has authority to decide disorderly persons offenses such as simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and paraphernalia charges, as well as traffic and motor vehicle violations.
